The rate library
The library is your list of works with units and prices: "Wall filling, m², €9", "Socket installation, pc, €18". You enter it once and adjust it when prices change. You can start from the Lithuanian rate list and change the prices to your own, or upload your own list from Excel.
The library is shared across all job sites, so every next estimate is faster than the last.
How an estimate is built
- Open the job site and tap "New estimate".
- Search the library (typing "tile" shows all tiling works) and enter the quantity.
- Totals, subtotals by room or stage and the grand total calculate themselves.
- Add notes, deadlines, payment terms – they are saved as a template for the next estimates.
- Tap "Send": the client receives a link by SMS or email.
A PDF with your logo
The commercial quote is generated automatically: your logo, company details, work table, totals, terms, date. The client can download the PDF from the link, or you send it by email. The document looks like a company quote, not a table from a phone.
Estimate versions
Every change is saved as a new version. When the client asks to change the tiles, you change the estimate and the old version stays. You always see which version the client approved and what changed afterwards.
AI assistant (Contractor Pro)
On Contractor Pro you can get a draft estimate from a description or photos: describe "bathroom 6 m², tiles on floor and walls to ceiling, plumbing replaced" – the assistant builds a work list from your library with preliminary quantities. You review, adjust and send. The assistant also suggests market rates if you don't have your own yet.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload my rates from Excel?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file with the columns "work, unit, price". You can adjust rates in the library at any time.
Can an estimate include materials?
Yes. Add materials as separate lines or include them in the work rate – whichever suits you. In the PDF they are shown separately from works.
Can I make an estimate with VAT?
Totals are shown with or without VAT according to your setting. The tool does not issue VAT invoices – use your accounting software for that.
