Do I need a payment card for the trial?
No. For 7 days you use the features of the plan you picked without a card. When the trial ends you choose a plan or the account simply pauses. Nothing is charged automatically.
Does the client have to sign up?
No. The client receives a link by SMS or email, opens the estimate on their phone or computer and approves it in one tap.
Can I use my own rates?
Yes. You enter your rate library yourself, or start from a list of Lithuanian labour rates and adjust the prices to your own.
Is it suitable for public procurement?
No. manoobjektas.lt is built for work with private and business clients. It is not adapted to public procurement estimates and their prescribed forms.
Where is the data stored?
In data centres in the European Union. Data travels over an encrypted connection, and a job site is visible only to you and the people you invite.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time in your account settings. The account stays active until the end of the paid period. There are no extra fees.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The tool is built for the phone first: you handle estimates, photos and payments right on site. There is no app to install.
How is this different from Excel?
Excel is an empty spreadsheet. Here the estimate is built from your rates, the client approves it by link, and extra works, workers and payments are tied to the same job site. The PDF with your logo is generated automatically.
