Who builds it
manoobjektas.lt is a BuildFlow.lt product. BuildFlow.lt has worked with the Lithuanian construction market for several years: a platform where clients, tradespeople and contractors meet, requests are posted and quotes compared. manoobjektas.lt grew out of that work – a tool not for finding jobs, but for the contractor's daily work once the job site exists.
The team is small and based in Vilnius. We build the product together with the contractors who use it: features come from what we see on job sites and hear on the phone, not from slide decks.
Why we do it
A contractor loses money in two places. First, in the estimate written late at night in Excel, from memory, from scratch every time. It arrives late, the client is already talking to someone else, and prices are copied from an old file with last year's rates. Second, in extra works agreed verbally on site. The work is done, nobody asked for the money, and a month later the client says: "That's not what we agreed."
There is a third problem people talk about less: a contractor with several job sites and several people keeps the whole picture in their head. Who works where, how much has been received on each site, how much is left – none of it is written down anywhere you can check on a phone.
None of these problems needs complicated software. They need a rate list an estimate can be built from in 10 minutes, a link the client taps, and a place where workers and money sit next to the job site. That is all we build.
How we work
- Phone first. A contractor reads and writes on site, not at a desk.
- No unnecessary features. If a feature does not help you get approval or money faster, we leave it out.
- Lithuanian rates and Lithuanian documents. A PDF with your details, not a translated template.
- Data on EU servers, access only for the people you invite.
- Honest pricing: two plans, 7 days free, no card, no long-term contracts.
Who it suits, and who it doesn't
manoobjektas.lt is for contractors and tradespeople working with private and business clients: finishing, renovation, plumbing, electrical work, small construction companies up to 30 people.
It is not built for public procurement and its prescribed estimate forms, nor for large general contracting with several tiers of subcontractors and VAT invoice accounting – other tools exist for that.

Are manoobjektas.lt and BuildFlow.lt the same account?
No. manoobjektas.lt is a separate tool with its own account. BuildFlow.lt is for requests and comparing quotes, manoobjektas.lt is for working on the job sites you already have. Both products belong to the same team, so we plan to connect them in the future.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes, and it is the best way to help us. Email us what you do by hand or in Excel and what takes the longest. We choose features by how many contractors say the same thing.
Where is my data stored?
In data centres in the European Union. Only you, the workers you invite and the client via the link have access to a job site. See the privacy policy for details.
