When there is more than one job site
A flat renovation, a house renovation and an office refresh at the same time – that is three clients, three estimates with their own versions and three payment schedules. When all of that lives in your head, your phone and Excel, something slips: a deposit invoice not issued, an extra work not approved, a crew that does not know which site to drive to tomorrow.
manoobjektas.lt starts from the job site. Each site has an address, a client, assigned workers, an estimate and payments. The site list shows the status at a glance: in progress, awaiting approval, done.
An estimate that grows with the project
In renovation, little stays as it was in the first estimate. Opening the walls reveals extra work, the client changes decisions. Instead of rewriting the whole estimate, you add an extra work with a photo and a price and the client approves by link. Every version is kept – it is always clear what was agreed at the start and what was added along the way.
The rate library is shared across all job sites: demolition, masonry, plastering, electrical installation, plumbing – entered once, used everywhere.
Crews and workers
You assign workers to a job site. On Contractor Pro, workers receive tasks and see only their own sites, while you see who works where. No morning calls to tell people where to go.
Money by job site
- Deposit, interim payments by stage and the final settlement – for each job site.
- At a glance: how much is still owed across all sites.
- On Pro – export for accounting (CSV) and a contract template from the approved estimate.
- Several job sites at once needs Contractor Pro (up to 15 active job sites) or Max (no limit).
Where it doesn't fit
manoobjektas.lt is not adapted to apartment-block renovation under public procurement and its prescribed estimate forms. The tool is for work with private and business clients.
Frequently asked questions
How many job sites can I have at once?
On the Contractor plan – up to 3 active job sites at a time, on Contractor Pro – up to 15, on Contractor Max – unlimited. Completed job sites do not count towards the limit. Each job site has its own estimate, workers and payments, and the list shows the status of all of them.
Can I split an estimate into stages?
Yes. You group works by stage or room in the estimate and tie the payment schedule to the stages: deposit, after demolition, after finishing, final settlement.
Does it work for managing subcontractors?
Partly. You can invite a subcontractor to a job site as a worker and give them tasks. Separate contracts and settlements with subcontractors are not handled by the tool yet.
