Money by job site, not by memory
With several job sites the amounts get mixed up: one client paid the deposit in cash, another transferred part, a third promised to pay after approval. manoobjektas.lt ties every payment to a job site. Open the site and you see: estimate €2,766, received €1,000, outstanding €1,766.
How payments are recorded
- Enter a payment: amount, date, method (transfer, cash), note.
- A payment schedule by stage: deposit, after demolition, after finishing, final.
- Extra works automatically increase the site total and the balance.
- The client sees the same in their link: how much they paid and how much is left.
The overall picture
In the job site list you see how much is still owed across all sites and which clients are late. That answers the question "how much should I be paid this month", which used to mean searching the bank and chat messages.
For accounting (Contractor Pro)
On Contractor Pro you export payments and estimates as a CSV file for your accountant – by job site, client and period. manoobjektas.lt does not issue VAT invoices and does not replace accounting software; it gives accounting tidy data.
Example: a payment schedule for a renovation
A flat renovation estimate is €18,400. You agree a schedule with the client and record it on the job site: 30% deposit before starting, 40% after demolition and installations, 30% after finishing. The client transfers a €5,520 deposit – you record the payment with its date, the balance becomes €12,880. Along the way three extra works worth €1,150 are approved – the total and the balance recalculate themselves. After the second stage the client pays €7,360. On the job site you always see the exact balance, and the client sees the same figure in their link. At the end of the month you export all payments as a CSV for your accountant (Contractor Pro).
What does not change
Money does not have to move through manoobjektas.lt – the client pays you as before, by transfer or in cash. The tool only records and shows. No commission on amounts.
Frequently asked questions
Does money go through manoobjektas.lt?
No. The client pays you directly – by transfer or in cash. The tool only records payments and shows the balance. There is no commission on amounts.
Does the client see how much they have paid?
Yes, in the same link where they approved the estimate: total, received, outstanding. That reduces "how much do I still owe" questions.
Can I send a reminder about a late payment?
The job site list shows overdue balances. You send the client a reminder with one message containing the link where they see the total and the balance.
