An estimate without Excel
You enter your rates once. A new estimate is built from the list: work, quantity, total. The client gets a link and approves on their phone – no sign-up needed. A PDF with your name or company name is generated if the client needs a document.
Extra works and "that's not what we agreed"
Working alone, extra works are usually agreed verbally because there is no time to write. Here it takes a minute: photo, price, link to the client. The approval stays with the job site, with date and time.
Money you have to remember
- For each job site – how much came as a deposit, how much in payments, how much is left.

Do I need a company to use it?
No. You can work as self-employed or under a business certificate – you enter your name and activity number in the details. The PDF quote will show your details.
Is it hard to learn?
No. Three things: rates, job site, estimate. Most people send their first estimate within the first hour. Email support is included in the plan.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The account switches to read-only: you see everything and can export it, you just cannot create new estimates. Data is kept for 30 days after the account is deleted.
